Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage and convert leads effectively. Identify potential clients through cold calling, and email campaigns. Drive sales efforts to meet and exceed targets, particularly in the Noida-NCR real estate market. Leverage real estate knowledge of Noida-NCR to guide clients in their property decisions. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Maintain records of client interactions and sales progress using MS Excel. Coordinate and conduct property site visits with potential clients. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies. Manage multiple leads simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance. Desired Candidate Profile 1-2 years of experience in business development or a related field (real estate industry preferred). Strong skills in lead qualification, cold calling, email campaigns, inbound sales, customer relationship management, negotiation, and site visit execution. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting daily targets.
