Roles and Responsibilities Achieve monthly targets through effective communication, negotiation, and deal closure. Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and preferences for property purchases. Develop strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly. Identify potential customers' requirements and pitch properties accordingly to meet their needs. Ensure timely completion of paperwork and documentation for successful deals. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales or related field. Proven track record of achieving target achievement in a similar role. Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively. Strong understanding of local market trends and regulations.
