We are seeking a motivated Junior Software Developer to join our development team. The candidate should have a solid foundation in software development concepts and hands-on exposure to web technologies, scripting, and databases. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with senior developers and contribute to both client and internal projects. Key Responsibilities · Design, develop, and maintain applications using React JS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript · Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards. · Implement backend logic using Python and integrate with databases. · Manage and optimize data using MySQL. · Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development. · Build, test, and deploy applications using Docker. · Support customization and integration of ERP applications on Frappe Framework and ERPNext. · Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and bug fixes. · Document technical processes, workflows, and project configurations. Required Skills & Knowledge · Proficiency in Linux basics, file management, and shell scripting. · Solid understanding of Git/GitHub workflows. · Knowledge of frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, React (hooks, props, state management). · Solid understanding of Python (data structures, functions, exceptions, file handling). · Understanding of MySQL queries, CRUD operations, and database management. · Basic knowledge of Docker for application deployment. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a high–impact AVP – Sales who can lead enterprise sales for GEMS. Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic sales leader with a strong network in NBFCs and BFSI who can open doors, build CXO relationships, and close enterprise SaaS deals. The ideal candidate is a self-driven performer passionate about solving execution challenges for fast-growing organizations. Key Responsibilities · Own revenue and growth targets for GEMS within the Financial Services segment, with a strong focus on NBFCs. · Identify, prospect, and build a pipeline of CXOs, business heads, strategy leaders, and transformation teams. · Leverage an existing network to generate new opportunities and accelerate enterprise deal cycles. · Conduct discovery, demos, product presentations and solution mapping for customer needs. · Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycle—from lead generation, proposal creation, negotiation, to closure. · Build account relationships for renewals, cross-sell and upsell opportunities. · Provide structured feedback to product and marketing teams to strengthen value proposition and GTM effectiveness.
