With a strong client-first philosophy, combined with deep local expertise and international reach, we aim to create long-term value for our clients and partners. **Key Responsibilities:** - Achieve Revenue numbers through Corporate Business Development. - Lead Customer Acquisition Function. - Conduct Corporate Market Mapping. - Build a sustainable Sales pipeline. - Manage Relationships with Clients. - Establish a strong network within Insurers / TPA. - Represent Howden among organizations. - Collaborate with the team to support regions in achieving target numbers. **Qualifications Required:** - Direct Corporate Sales Experience (preferably over 5 to 15 years) in Insurance Broking. - University degree (mandatory) with an appropriate insurance qualification preferred. - Target (Sales number) focused. - Strategic understanding of Corporate/direct Sales and business domain (B2B). - Understanding and Mapping of the market. - Networking & Relationship building with good people-to-people skills. - Ability to be an effective team player. - Versatility & Adaptability. - Business Communication and Technology tools knowledge.
