Protium is looking to strengthen its leadership in the legal, compliance and secretarial functions and seeking candidates with experience in some or all these departments.

Role Description

• RBI Inspection handling and closing RBI Inspection Observations & updating to Board of Directors.
• Preparing & updating Policies, Compliance Manual, SOPs.
• Preparing and updating policies like; Compliance Policy, KYC & AML Policy, Anti-bribery and Corruption (ABC) Policy, CSR Policy and Whistle Blower Policy.
• Developed dashboards for Sr Management for monitoring and mitigate risks proactively.
• Preparation of Board Notes & Compliance PPTs updating the regulatory circulars, fraud reporting & etc.
• Preparation of ‘Compliance Risk Assessment’ & submitting to Board of Directors with compliance gaps.
• Disseminating Regulatory Circulars and ensuring implementation of it in process.
• Monitoring Periodic Regulatory Reports submission to RBI.
• Compliance Tool managing, mapping compliances to relevant stakeholders and reviewing the same and highlighting Compliance violations to Sr. Management and Board of Directors.

Required skills and qualifications

• A strong understanding of company law, corporate governance, RBI compliances and related regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with the board, regulators, and shareholders.

• The ability to build relationships and work effectively with all levels of the organization.

• The ability to analyze issues, provide guidance, and contribute to overall risk management.
