Marketing Research Analyst

Role Overview: We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist who will own and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive user acquisition, engagement, and ROI. The ideal candidate has a solid background in performance marketing , with FinTech industry experience being a strong plus. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, programmatic, affiliate, etc.) Own and manage performance KPIs: CAC, ROI, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and retention metrics Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve campaign efficiency Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to build and scale high-impact campaigns Track and report campaign performance daily/weekly/monthly using analytics tools Optimize campaigns for mobile app installs and web traffic Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes Manage and allocate performance marketing budgets efficiently for maximum ROI Requirements 3–6 years of experience in performance or digital marketing; FinTech experience strongly preferred Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, etc.) Proficiency in campaign optimization for CAC, ROAS, and retention Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Excel, and/or SQL Proven track record of managing large-scale digital budgets and delivering growth Experience in mobile marketing and app install campaigns (especially in Tier 2/3 Indian markets) Familiarity with affiliate and influencer-driven performance channels is a plus Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar digital marketing programs Experience working in a high-growth startup or FinTech environment Show more Show less
