Assistant Service Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager in supervising daily service operations, including job allocation, scheduling, and workflow management.
• Ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance with quality standards.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and effective resolution.
• Monitor and guide service advisors, technicians, and support staff for improved efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain service records, job cards, warranty claims, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with spare parts and inventory teams to ensure availability of required parts.
• Track and achieve monthly service revenue, customer satisfaction, and retention targets.
• Conduct quality checks on completed jobs to minimize rework and maintain high standards.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate team members to enhance productivity and skill levels.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
• Technical knowledge of automobiles/service industry (depending on domain).
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, or service management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
