We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Elevator Service & Maintenance Manager to lead our elevator Service & Maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the elevator Service & Maintenance process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Elevator Service & Maintenance will play a crucial role in coordinating & managing teams, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee elevator Service & Maintenance projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead and manage a team of elevator Service & Maintenance, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure the highest level of workmanship.
• Conduct inspections and reviews to verify compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Communicate project updates, resolve issues, and address client concerns in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all Service & Maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for the Service & Maintenance team.
• Manage resources effectively, including equipment, materials, and manpower.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of required materials.
• Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including Service & Maintenance records, change orders, and project reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in elevator Service & Maintenance, with at least [6 - 10 years] in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of elevator systems, codes, and regulations.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and a commitment to promoting a safe work environment.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Professional certifications in elevator Service, Maintenance & project management are a plus.
