Education
Essential: - BE / BTech - Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering Desired: - Experience with any reputed Electrical Motors/Generators/VFD manufacturing company. Familiar of using CRM or Salesforce tool for Sales forecasting. In-hand Experience on preparing Offers, Comments & Deviations, Negotiations & Product Mktg.

Skills and abilities:

Experience:
Min 7 years and upto 15 years of experience in Sales Manager roles, preferably working in Delhi/NCR. Application & Product knowledge of MV Electric Motors, VFD with clear understanding of its sizing & selection, International (IEC, NEMA) and Indian standards, specifications for safe area motors and hazardous area classified motors (Exec, Exeb, Exp, Ex-d), generators, synchronous motors etc. Knowledge of Medium Voltage Variable Frequency AC Drive systems as product, application and sales would be an added advantage

Strategic Thinking: Ability to conceive & implement long-term strategies based on thorough market and internal analysis Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Product Expertise: Understanding of MV Motors, Drives(VFD) and market dynamics. Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and managing large-scale sales operations. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analysing complex data to inform decision-making. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
