Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Develop and execute strategies to increase bancassurance business through partner bank.
Build strong relationships with bank partners to drive cross-selling opportunities.
Identify new business prospects and develop plans to acquire new clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in Banca Sales, Bancassurance Sales, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, or related fields.
Strong understanding of insurance products and services offered by various companies (life & health).
Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with banks and customers.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
