Job Description

The Assistant Sales Manager position at Rishabh Power Solutions in the genset industry requires a dedicated and energetic individual with a strong sales background, leadership skills, and a proactive approach towards identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales, establishing lasting customer relationships, and providing leadership and support to the sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrating proven sales experience, particularly in the genset or industrial sectors, to achieve sales targets and objectives. - Utilizing leadership skills to manage, lead, and motivate the sales team towards success. - Applying strategic thinking to plan, develop, and implement effective sales strategies. - Engaging in client relationship management by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, clients, and stakeholders. - Demonstrating excellent command of Excel for data tracking, reporting, and performance analysis. - Maintaining a strong reading habit to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new ideas. - Being active on social networks to enhance brand awareness and leverage networking opportunities. - Utilizing sales data analysis skills to track and analyze data to ensure sales targets are met. - Demonstrating excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to convey ideas effectively and collaborate with others. - Having the willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and sales events. Preferred Qualifications: - Educational background in B.Tech and MBA in Marketing. - Strong customer service skills to manage client queries and resolve issues efficiently. - Problem-solving abilities with strong analytical skills to identify issues and propose effective solutions. - Familiarity with the genset industry and its market trends. - Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company goals. Compensation: - Negotiable CTC with incentives and travel allowance.,
