Role Description This is a full-time Assistant Manager Sales role located on-site in Kanpur. The Assistant Manager Sales will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations, managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and maintaining customer relationships. Qualifications Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Customer Relationship Management skills Experience in developing sales strategies and implementing sales plans Excellent communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of engineering solutions and services industry Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field Previous experience in sales in the engineering or manufacturing industry Show more Show less
