Roles and Responsibilities :
- To Achieve Sales targets.- To manage the Bank Hubs and FoS.- Establish continuous relationship with the merchants to gain maximum value.- To liaise with Branch Managers and other teams of our bank to generate leads for merchant sourcing.- Regularly track and report performance of the zone in terms of targeted sales and business volume- She/he will be responsible for growing business volumes from existing portfolios and new acquisitions.- Cross selling of the products to existing customers to generate revenue.- Responsible for identifying, prioritizing & developing new & existing businesses.- Handling Portfolios and serving queries of customers.- Maintain strong relationships with the customers.- Support leadership on key initiatives which support business growth and retention.
