Job Description

  • Driving Annual targets for Private Label and Branded products.
  • Develop comprehensive business plans for the assigned area and take ownership of Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities for the designated node.
  • Drive strategic initiatives for business expansion within the designated region, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities in the Agri-Input markets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and external stakeholders, implementing customer-centric services and promotional events to enhance brand loyalty Drive Collection to minimize outstanding/ overdues.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Develop and execute plans to enhance market presence and increase product adoption among farmers.
  • Organize and participate in farmer meetings, demonstrations, and other promotional activities.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to avoid inventory ageing or stockouts.
