Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, assets, and facility-related needs
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely deliveries and maintenance
  • Support in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain records, documentation, and file management (digital & physical)
  • Assist in organizing office events and handling internal communication
  • Ensure compliance with internal admin policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in office administration or related roles
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
