Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at MG BAKERS PVT LTD (NIK BAKER'S). The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food production.
Supervise and train staff members to achieve exceptional performance standards.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and employees.
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of hotel and restaurant operations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
