Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team, with a focus on Food and Beverage Service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Supervise and train staff members to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
