Job Description

Job Title: Trainee Project Coordinator

Location: Ahmedabad (onsite)

Experience: 0-1 year.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope.
  2. Maintain and organize project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and status reports.
  3. Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure smooth communication and task delegation.
  4. Help in scheduling meetings, tracking deadlines, and updating calendars for project milestones.
  5. Monitor project progress and assist in identifying and addressing risks or bottlenecks.
  6. Prepare regular updates and reports for stakeholders on project status and deliverables.
  7. Actively participate in training sessions and learn project management methodologies and tools.
  8. Support in maintaining effective communication with clients, ensuring their requirements are documented and addressed.
  9. Handle assigned assets securely and maintain confidentiality of credentials.
  10. Report any data loss, potential breaches, or unauthorized access promptly.
  11. Comply with DynaTech IT&IS policies and participate in Cyber Security awareness training.
  12. Ensure responsible usage of access rights and follow security protocols in daily tasks.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field.
  2. Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a coordination role are encouraged to apply.
  3. Basic knowledge of project management principles is a plus.
  4. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (optional but beneficial).


Key Competencies/Skills:

  1. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication for effective collaboration with teams and clients.
  3. Ensure accuracy in documentation and project tracking.
  4. Basic analytical skills to identify issues and suggest solutions.
  5. Willingness to learn new tools, methodologies, and processes.
  6. Collaborative mindset to work efficiently with cross-functional teams.
  7. Ability to meet deadlines and assist in managing project schedules.
  8. Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a keen interest in learning project management tools.
