Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across software development, embedded systems, and hardware integration. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for software, firmware, and hardware initiatives.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
• Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and hardware teams to ensure project alignment.
• Manage project schedules, risks, and budgets using agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews.
• Communicate project progress, issues, and solutions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in project processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, documentation, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 1+ years of project management experience in tech or engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, embedded systems, and hardware integration.
• Proficient in project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
