Assistant Project Manager

Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, document, and validate business and system requirements.

Prepare high-quality documentation including: Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) User Stories and Acceptance Criteria

Create and maintain process flow diagrams, swimlane charts, and workflow visualizations using tools like Lucidchart, Draw.io, or Visio.

Support wireframe/mockup creation using tools such as Balsamiq, Figma, or Adobe XD to communicate UI/UX requirements effectively.

Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on scope and deliverables.

Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure documentation and tasks are in sync.

Track progress of documentation and deliverables and ensure timely communication of any risks or blockers.

Maintain project artifacts and change logs

Assist in testing and validation by helping prepare test cases and reviewing test results against documented requirements.

Support the Project Manager with schedule updates, stakeholder communication, and task follow-ups
