Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across software development, embedded systems, and hardware integration. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management for software, firmware, and hardware initiatives. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables. Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and hardware teams to ensure project alignment. Manage project schedules, risks, and budgets using agile or hybrid methodologies. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews. Communicate project progress, issues, and solutions to stakeholders and leadership. Drive continuous improvement in project processes and cross-functional collaboration. Ensure compliance with technical standards, documentation, and industry best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field 1+ years of project management experience in tech or engineering environments. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, embedded systems, and hardware integration. Proficient in project management tools.
