About This Role
We are seeking a dynamic individual to support global youth recruitment initiatives across Vodafone. Based in Pune, this role serves as the first point of contact for local markets, managing end-to-end pre-screening and coordination activities for youth programmes. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.What you will do
- Source fresh talent for youth programmes across Vodafone’s global markets
- Evaluate CVs, online assessments, and video applications
- Coordinate with local talent teams to organise assessment centres and candidate communications
- Conduct weekly stakeholder meetings to align recruitment strategies
- Deliver data-driven insights and regular reporting to support hiring decisions
- Leverage digital HR tools including AI, robotics, and automation
- Drive process improvements and contribute to shaping global youth programmes
- Act as a knowledge resource and coordinate task allocation within the team
Who you are
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive in resolving escalations
- Experienced in recruitment, with at least 3 years in the field and exposure to international hiring
- Proficient in tools such as SuccessFactors, HireVue, and Panorama
- Skilled in data reporting and assessment centre facilitation
