Job Description

  • Strategic Tender Evaluation & Suitability Assessment:
  • Conduct in-depth feasibility analysis to align tenders with TMI service lines.
  • Assess financial viability, competitive positioning, and risk factors.
  • Develop a go/no-go framework to prioritize high-value opportunities.
  • Comprehensive Tender Document Analysis:
  • Pre-qualification & Technical Scoring Metrics – Identify gaps and strategies to maximize tender potential.
  • Highly proficient in tender documentation with expertise in structuring, compliance, and strategic content development.
  • Submission Compliance – Ensure adherence to legal, financial, and technical requirements for the tender.
  • Scope of Work & Quantum Assessment – Define resource and capability needs for the tender.
  • Delivery Timelines & Milestones – Align project feasibility with internal capabilities.
  • Financial Commitments – Analyze the impact of EMD, security deposits, penalties, and liquidity damages.
  • Bid Documentation Architecture & Compliance Oversight:
  • Maintain a dynamic documentation checklist ensuring 100% compliance:
  • Approach, Methodology & Execution Roadmap
  • CVs of Key Experts (aligned with bid specifications)
  • Commercial Bid Structuring (pricing strategy, cost optimization)
  • Project Credentials & Past Experience Documentation
  • Regulatory & Compliance Documentation (CA/Auditor/Banker Certifications, Statutory Compliance Reports)
  • Standardize bid formats to improve efficiency and accuracy across submissions.
  • Real-Time Coordination & Query Management:
  • Act as the primary liaison between TMI and the client to manage pre-bid clarifications.
  • Lead response management for client queries, amendments, and technical discussions.
  • Data-Driven Reporting & Performance Optimization:
  • Develop an interactive bid tracking dashboard with real-time submission status, approvals, and success rates.
  • Perform post-bid analysis to capture insights for future improvement.
  • Establish a continuous learning framework based on past bid outcomes and client feedback.
