Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

Building relationships with a pool of qualified talent, designing innovative recruiting strategies, and staying updated on job boards and social networks are essential responsibilities. Key Responsibilities include: forming relationships with internal teams to understand hiring needs, conducting competition mapping and talent mapping, driving recruitment analytics, creating tailored recruitment strategies, developing assessment tools, ensuring a positive candidate experience, defining team responsibilities, and coaching team members for growth. The specialist will utilize various recruiting sources, conduct interviews, manage candidate relationships, and maintain candidate records. Strong communication, decision-making, and interview skills are essential, along with familiarity with job boards, HR software, and databases. Team handling experience and knowledge of applicant tracking systems are preferred qualifications. Additionally, candidates with a degree in human resources management or a related field, professional credentials, proficiency in Kannada language, and experience in medical coding recruitment are preferred.
