System Analyst

As a System Analyst at our company, your role will involve evaluating and improving IT systems, identifying user requirements, and implementing solutions to enhance business efficiency. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze current systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement. - Gather and define business and technical requirements by working closely with stakeholders. - Design and propose system modifications or new solutions to address identified needs. - Collaborate with developers and IT teams to implement approved changes effectively. - Conduct system testing and validation to ensure optimal performance and functionality. - Create detailed documentation for system processes and user manuals. - Provide training to end-users on new systems and offer ongoing support. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and ensure compliance with data protection and security policies. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role. - Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC). - Proficiency in data analysis, modeling tools, and project management software. - Familiarity with database systems and programming languages is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential for this role.
