Job Description

Assistant Manager Successfactors Support EC

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

SAP SuccessFactors (SF – EC & Other Modules)

  • Configure, maintain, and enhance

    SuccessFactors Employee Central (mandatory)

    and other modules such as Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruitment, and Offboarding.
  • Support system upgrades, releases, UAT, and testing cycles in collaboration with HR and IT teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure uninterrupted HR operations.

Peripheral Systems & Integrations

  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless integration between SuccessFactors and systems like payroll, time & attendance, onboarding, and exit management.
  • Monitor data flows and ensure consistency and accuracy across platforms.

Ticketing & Service Desk Management

  • Manage HR technology incidents, service requests, and change requests through

    ticketing/service desk tools

    .
  • Act as the primary SPOC for HR system tickets, ensuring resolution within defined SLAs.
  • Coordinate with HR, IT, and vendors to track, escalate, and close tickets effectively.

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes using SuccessFactors and integrated tools.
  • Support digital workflows and automation initiatives.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across HR systems.

Stakeholder Management & Governance

  • Act as a key point of contact for HR, IT, and external partners for system-related queries.
  • Conduct user training and create system documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
  • Maintain configuration documents, workflows, and change logs.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, audit, and security standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Engineering, IT, or a related field + MBA (preferred)

  • 4–6 years of experience

    in HR Technology with

    hands-on SAP SuccessFactors - EC module

    .
  • Mandatory experience

    working on

    ticketing and service desk modules/tools

    .
  • Strong proficiency in

    advanced Excel

    , including data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience managing integrations with peripheral HR systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
