Job Scope: Aftermarket Sales Development Business Expansion & Coverage Cross-Functional Coordination Account Management Sales Operations & Forecasting Market Feedback & Intelligence Key Responsibilities: • Manage and grow aftermarket sales for assigned regions through B2B channels such as OEM-authorized service centers, large dealers, and corporate fleets. • Coordinate with key accounts for new product introduction, sales planning, and commercial negotiation. • Support quote generation, price finalization, and follow-up for order execution. • Ensure timely order processing, delivery tracking, and resolution of service/logistics issues. • Monitor monthly sales performance, secondary sales data (where applicable), and prepare reports. • Follow up for payments and coordinate with accounts for invoice-related concerns or deductions. • Share customer feedback with product and quality teams for continuous improvement. • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns targeted toward B2B aftermarket stakeholders (e.g., workshops, fleet owners). • Maintain customer visit plans, meeting records, and follow-up trackers. Education Qualification and Experience: B.Tech + MBA (Marketing preferred) 7+ years of relevant B2B experience in automotive aftermarket or industrial product sales Skill Set Strong B2B sales and key account management capabilities Familiarity with automotive aftermarket channels (service centers, dealers, workshops) Excellent commercial communication and negotiation skills Strong in reporting, data analysis, and sales forecasting Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/CRM tools Show more Show less
