What You’ll Do

• Lead

  business development & OEM account management

  for NVH solutions.
• Identify new opportunities and drive

  revenue growth

  .
• Build and expand

  OEM & Tier-1 relationships

  .
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term agreements.
• Collaborate with R&D & operations for customer-specific solutions.
• Track

  market trends & competitor activities

  to shape strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• 10–15 years of

  Automotive Sales & Marketing experience

  (preferably NVH / interiors / Tier-1 domain).
• Strong

  OEM/Tier-1 network & key account management expertise

  .
• Proven track record in

  business growth, negotiations & strategy

  .
• Excellent

  communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills

  .
• MBA in Marketing or B.Tech (Mechanical/Automobile) preferred.
