Financial Services — Foreign Exchange (Forex), Treasury & Corporate FX solutions serving institutional and corporate clients across India. We deliver hedging, foreign-payments, and currency-risk-management services to help clients optimise cash flows and protect margins in volatile FX markets.

Assistant Manager - Forex SalesRole & Responsibilities
  • Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth by selling FX products (spot, forward, swaps, NDFs) to corporate and institutional clients.
  • Manage end-to-end client relationships—onboard clients, assess FX needs, design hedging solutions, and execute trades with accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare tailored commercial proposals and pricing, negotiate deals, and close structured FX and treasury solutions to meet client objectives.
  • Use CRM to track pipeline, forecast revenue, and coordinate with operations/settlement teams to ensure timely execution and delivery.
  • Monitor market movements, communicate trade ideas and risk exposures to clients, and update internal stakeholders on opportunities and account health.
  • Support KYC/AML and internal compliance processes; collaborate with risk and operations to maintain SOX/RBI-aligned controls.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in B2B FX sales, corporate treasury, or bank treasury relationship management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics or related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of spot, forward, swap and non-deliverable forward (NDF) products and client hedging needs.
  • Familiarity with KYC/AML and regulatory requirements relevant to FX and payments in India.
