Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at the Sheraton Grand, with 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food.
  • Supervise staff to maintain a positive and professional work environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is required.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
  • Ability to motivate and train staff to achieve exceptional performance.
