Job Description
Position: Manager (Quality Assurance / Production / Customer Service)
Reporting To: Head – Quality
Location: Meerut-Uttar Pradesh
Role Summary:
Responsible for ensuring the consistent quality of seeds through implementation and management of quality systems,
Handling of customer complaints, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
To ensure customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance in QA, seed production, processing, storage, and distribution.
Support cross functional CAPA projects derived from complaints
