Software Technical Product Architect

Job Description

Position : Software Technical Product Architect Manager Responsible for guiding the overall technical architecture, design strategy, and product vision from a technical standpoint. Acting as the bridge between business requirements and engineering execution, the Product Architect Manager ensures software products are architecturally sound, scalable, and aligned with business goals. This role also involves managing a team of solution/product architects and collaborating closely with engineering, product management, and other cross-functional teams. Architectural Ownership: 1. Own and define the end-to-end architecture for software products and platforms. 2. Make high-level design decisions about frameworks, technologies, and architectural patterns. 3. Ensure architectural consistency and alignment across multiple products and teams. Product Strategy & Planning: 1. Work closely with Engineering Leads to understand business goals, product roadmap, and customer needs. 2. Translate business requirements into scalable and extensible technical solutions. 3. Participate in product ideation and technical feasibility analysis during product planning stages. Technical Leadership & Oversight: 1. Guide and mentor a team of analysts or solution architects and senior engineers. 2. Review and approve system designs, integrations, and major technology choices. 3. Conduct architecture reviews and technical deep-dives to ensure technical excellence. 4. Promote reusability, modular design, and adherence to best practices. 5. Evaluate and integrate AI solutions to enhance product customer stickiness 6. Explore and use AI products for faster design and better productivity Cross-Functional Collaboration : 1. Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX teams to ensure smooth implementation of architecture decisions. 2. Work with customer-facing teams (e.g., sales engineering, client support) to ensure architecture meets client expectations. 3. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure technical deliverables align with strategic business initiatives. Innovation & Technology Evaluation: 1. Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks relevant to the company's domain. 2. Drive innovation by piloting new approaches and tools to solve complex business problems. 3. Continuously evaluate architecture for scalability, performance, security, and cost- effectiveness. Governance & Compliance: 1. Establish architecture governance, standards, and technical documentation processes. 2. Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, access control, and regulatory standards. 3. Oversee integration and data flow across systems ensuring data integrity and availability. Qualification Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field Experience 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture, with 3+ years in a technical leadership or architecture management role. Required Skill 1. Deep expertise in software architecture and system design for complex, large-scale applications. 2. Proficiency in cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), micro services, API design, and DevOps practices. 3. Experience in full-stack development, databases, CI/CD, and agile methodologies. 4. Excellent leadership and communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 5. Strong decision-making, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability. 6. Experience in managing and mentoring architects or technical leaders Job Location : Meerut Working Day : Monday - Saturday ( Two Alternative Saturday Off)
