Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Projects to support and oversee project execution, vendor coordination, and client management. The role requires managing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining quality, and providing support to the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of interior and fit-out projects.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and provide regular reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and design standards.
  • Handle procurement, BOQ preparation, and vendor negotiations.
  • Act as the client point of contact for project-related updates and approvals.
  • Conduct site inspections, resolve issues, and escalate challenges to the Project Manager.
  • Support in cost control, resource allocation, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
  • 4–6 years of experience in project execution/management (preferably in commercial interiors).
  • Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction standards.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (knowledge of project management tools is a plus).
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple sites simultaneously.
