Assistant Manager - Projects

Roles and Responsibilities

• Execution Support:

  Oversee day-to-day site construction activities in line with approved drawings, methods, and schedules.

• Coordination:

  Liaise with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of site works.

• Quality & Safety Monitoring:

  Ensure compliance with quality standards, conduct periodic inspections, and enforce safety norms and checklists at the site.

• Progress Tracking:

  Maintain daily work records, monitor progress against schedule, and highlight deviations or bottlenecks for corrective action.

• Material & Resource Planning:

  Assist in planning material requirements and coordinating timely availability to avoid delays.

• Documentation & Reporting:

  Prepare site reports, checklists, and inspection notes for review by the Site Incharge / Project Manager.

Education & Skills Required

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 6-10 years of experience in industrial or warehouse construction (PEB experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, site supervision, quality, and safety practices.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
