Role Brief-

1. Internal Stakeholder communications.
2. Tracking for internal office fitout projects, data collation, MIS reporting.
3. Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and contracting for infrastructure, commerical fitouts and administration services.
4. Responsible for drafting agreements / contracts / Purchase orders for vendor engagement
5. Proactively identify strategic sourcing opportunities and develop category sourcing plans across categories, work effectively with stakeholders to achieve strategic sourcing goals.
6. Run RFP process, evaluate market, supplier evaluation, run cost benchmarking exercise, spend management, recommend the best vendors for Outsourcing business based on the requirement of the Business teams.
7. Responsible for leading and supporting all communications, systems, policies, procedures, processes, and the management around the execution of supplier contracts, sourcing and designated supplier risk profile and compliance requirements.
8. Analyze and document spend and savings within categories/understand market.
9. Assist category leadership in managing supplier and stakeholder relationships to improve internal client satisfaction.
10. Understanding all the training requirements internally from the stakeholders, coordinate, perform and support all the procurement processes: source, negotiate pricing/contract terms and establish supplier contracts for both the US and India firms
11. Raising Purchase requisitions for the training programs and ensure the Purchase Orders are released.

Skills Required-

1. 5+ years of relevant experience in procurement.
2. Commercial fitout experience & administration related experience.
3. Preferabley MBA.
4. Experience in project management, data analytics.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Hands on with excel, PPT and other MS office tools.
7. Knowledge of contractual and statutory terms.
