Qualifications:

Essential: MBA/ Post graduate degree or diploma in Human Resource management /Personnel Management and Industrial Relations/MSW (2 years Full Time) fromInstitute of repute.

Desired: HRAnalytics with specialization in Compensation & Benefits will be an addedadvantage.


Experience:

Essential: 2-5Years of Working exposure for payroll processing, compliance & Audit atcorporate level. he must hand on working exposure of any HRIS software such asDarwin Box/ People Soft, People Strong, Success Factor, SAP HR, SAP, SuccessFactor, People Soft, Keka, etc .

Corporate or Multi locational exposure are Mandatory.

Desirable: -

  • Candidate those who are having exposure payroll process through Darwin Box shall be given a added advantage
  • SPOC for one of the HRIS Software Module & Exposure of Total Rewards


JobProfile: T his position holder will be responsible for payroll & Compliance @ CMR Group Level. Currently we are using Darwin Box forManagement Staff, Labour Works for Contract Labour & for TeamLease Reg Techcompliance for HR Process. He / she would also be responsible for overallmonitoring of day-to-day operation of HR Tech operation.

PositionResponsibilities:

PayrollManagement

  • Ensure error free and timely payroll administration anddisbursements of salary and wages CMR Group level
  • interface with HR technology partners to communicate and integrateall the business requirements.
  • Manage and update all the employee related data, performanalytics, and provide relevant inputs to the required teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain all personal files of Employees.
  • Process & make ensure timely Full & Final Payments for allexiting employees.

Compliance:

  • Ensure statutory compliances for all HR Compliance

Audit :

  • SPOIC for all kind of internal or external Audit at Group Level & make ensure Zero Non compliance
  • Ensure to strengthen the system & process to as per SOPs.

HRMS :

  • Ensureeffective implementation of HRMS- Darwin Box & Labour works software forcomplete life cycle of employees and responsible for Compliance application -Team Lease Regtech for all statutory compliances at Group Level .
  • Collation & collation of Various HR activities & prepare HR-MIS for ManagementReview.

  • Review, benchmark and propose suitable compensation & benefits structures andpractices for the company.
  • Studyindustry trends, get contemporary market information and position competitivelyw.r.t salaries and rewards to be an attractive employer
  • Provideinput to the organization regarding the appropriate kind of salary plans andbenefits programs for different categories and level of employees.

CoreCompetencies:

  • Proficient with HRIS software - Darwin Box/ People Soft, PeopleStrong, Success Factor, SAP HR etc.
  • Tech Savvy
  • Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

General:

  • Age -25- 35 years.
  • CTC 4.5 - 8 LPA approx.CTC Not a constraint for suitable candidate.
  • Candidate should not be frequent job changer.
  • Notice Period- Joining period Max 30 Days. We can buynotice period, if required.
