We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth functioning across all HR processes. The role involves managing employee data, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HRMS operations while supporting continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Systems
  • Manage day-to-day HRMS operations including employee master data, attendance, leave, workflows, and approvals.
  • Coordinate with HRMS support teams to log and track tickets, resolve issues, and implement minor system/process enhancements.
Payroll & Compen ion Management
  • Prepare and vali thly payroll inputs including attendance, loss of pay (LOP), reimbursements, and variable components.
  • Structure and verify CTC breakups, review payslips, and coordinate with the Finance team for timely salary disbursal.
Statutory Compliance
  • Handle PF, ESI, PT, and LWF processes including enrolments, challans, returns, and statutory inspections.
  • Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Publish job descriptions, screen profiles, schedule interviews, and coordinate the offer and joining process.
  • Oversee onboarding formalities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Administer confirmations, transfers, and issuance of letters (offer, confirmation, increment, warning, relieving, etc.).
  • Manage employee exits, full-and-final settlements, and asset recovery.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and maintain accurate, audit-ready employee records.
Requirements
  • 2 3 years of hands-on experience in HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of CTC structuring, PF, ESI, and PT.
  • Working knowledge of HRMS platforms and related workflows.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.
