Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for the position of Assistant Manager - Operations. The Assistant Manager will oversee and optimize operational processes, ensure smooth supply chain functions, and ensure compliance with company standards. Day-to-day tasks will include managing teams, monitoring workflows, implementing process improvements, liaising with stakeholders, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency. The role will also involve problem-solving and ensuring high-quality customer service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong operational and supply chain management skills, including workflow optimization and compliance monitoring
• Proficiency in using software systems such as SAP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and business intelligence tools
• Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members for optimum performance
• Analytical and decision-making skills, with a focus on data-driven problem-solving and performance analysis
• Familiarity with AI/ML-based analytics, demand forecasting, and integrated IT solutions
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
• Prior experience in operations or supply chain management roles is highly desirable
