Role Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and customer-focused Executive – Solutions Design to join our Logistics & Warehousing division. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex logistics requirements and designing cost-effective, scalable solutions for both warehouse and transportation operations. This includes a strong focus on costing , pricing models, and operational feasibility. Key Responsibilities Analyze customer supply chain requirements to design effective logistics and warehousing solutions. Prepare detailed costing models for warehouse infrastructure, labor, equipment , and transportation services . Develop and evaluate logistics models using simulation, AutoCAD, and other industry tools. Present well-structured solution proposals to internal teams and clients. Conduct time and motion studies and build process flow diagrams to optimize operations. Support operations in re-engineering existing setups for improved cost competitiveness. Manage consultancy and solution design projects from concept to implementation. Create and maintain costing databases for property, equipment, transport modes, and warehouse operations. Work closely with operations, business development, and project implementation teams. Provide monthly reports and documentation to support business growth and solution strategy. Travel to client locations and project sites as needed. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of costing in warehouse and transport logistics Analytical mindset with expertise in logistics data modeling Proficient in tools such as Excel, AutoCAD, simulation software Solid understanding of supply chain, warehouse layout, and transport planning Excellent communication and presentation skills Commercial acumen and customer-oriented approach Ability to work independently and collaboratively Self-starter, result-driven, and adaptable to change Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (Master’s preferred) 2–3 years of experience in logistics solution design , with hands-on experience in costing for warehouse and transportation operations At least 1 year in logistics operations management (warehousing or transport) 2 years of experience in project management is a strong plus Why Join Us?
