Assistant Manager - Operations

• Manage

  entire warehouse operations

  including Inward, Inventory, Outward & Dispatch.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, and maintain

  GDP compliance

  .
• Supervise warehouse staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
  
• Improve operational processes (picking, packing, order fulfilment & logistics).
  
• Maintain records, documentation, safety, and a clean work environment.
  
• Handle security controls and proper storage of pharmaceutical products.
  
• Manage warehouse equipment (Forklift, VNA, WMS).
  
• Coordinate with suppliers & transporters for timely Inward & outward to resolve operational issues.
  
• Support budgeting, cost control, and share regular reports with management.
  
• Identify areas for improvement and implement better processes.
  

Requirements:

• Strong leadership & team-management skills.
  
• Experience in

  warehouse operations & inward handling

  is mandatory.
• Only preferred Pharma / FMCG warehouse experience
  
• Problem-solving and process-improvement mindset.
