You will be responsible for deploying and managing NetApp storage primarily ONTAP. Your role will involve diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to NetApp storage, connectivity, and performance. You will coordinate and manage hardware RMA processes, handle logistics for returning, replacing, and tracking faulty hardware components. Effective client communication is crucial, providing regular updates and explanations in a clear and professional manner.
