The ideal candidate will work at the intersection of sales, operations, and product to ensure scalable growth through data-backed decision-making, performance tracking, and new initiative execution. This role is critical in enabling the business to expand its client base, optimize delivery networks, and improve unit economics through structured program delivery and real-time tracking. Key Responsibilities: Growth & Expansion Execution Own end-to-end execution of pincode/geographic expansion plans in partnership with Sales and Ops. Enable network model pilots (e.g., Marketplace, On-demand) and drive post-pilot analytics to influence scale-up decisions. Track sales conversion metrics from lead to onboarding; suggest interventions to reduce TAT and improve strike rate.
