Job Description

Objective:

Asst Manager Operations need to meet and exceed business objectives ensuring consistent achievement of all operational KPIs. Required to manage multiple sites to deliver an outstanding Customer Experience for DLF Rentco Account. Manage, inspire and motivate Site Leads to ensure operational excellence, high employee engagement and service improvement is achieved.

Major Responsibilities:

Reviewing and making improvements in Operational standard procedures (SOP), checklists and formats including safety requirements
Review and follow-up with units on process deployment and support to reach compliance level
Quarterly audits of all sites across India for deployment and sustenance
Reviewing and making improvements in maintenance schedule of all MEP equipment and AMC schedules.
Networking with global community of subject experts for knowledge sharing
Preparing improvement case studies and demonstration of achievements to clients and management
Developed standard training material and site based training rooms for technical agendas Pan India
Managing and leading Operation, Maintenance, HSE and Project activities. Planning, implementing, monitoring of Operation, preventive, predictive, Shutdown maintenance, Projects (MEP) and HSE activities of buildings, Assets and the entire premises.
Planning for Operation and Maintenance of HT/LT substations, Transformers, DG, HVAC, Chillers, BMS, Water, Compressed air, STP, WTP,RO, Fire detection and Protection systems, UPS, Audio & Video systems, Access control, CCTV equipments, Electrical distribution systems, etc.
Liasoning for value added service vendor and closure to contracting
Giving recommendations on vendor selections followed by regular auditing of vendor performance and sharing with Purchase team
Ensuring proper completion of E&M activities related with projects and day to day technical problems, Electricity Consumption Tracker, 52 Week PM Schedule, AMC / DLP / Warranty Tracking, LOTO System, SOP, Equipment History Cards etc.
Ensuring required standards in Housekeeping and security at all the sites.
Ensuring Materials as per the minimum inventory at all site.
Tracking Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports, vendor Management, and ensuring statutory compliance.
Buildings statutory compliance adherences like Fire NOC, OC, DPCC, Lift Licenses, Reports Submissions etc. and tracking of monthly due details.
Liaison with government bodies for all buildings concerns.

Qualification

B-Tech./B.E. - Electrical

Work Experience

Minimum Experience 8-10 Years
Preferable from Hospitality/ FMS Industry Background
Should be smart with good written & verbal communication skills
Should have excellent team management skills
Should be enthusiastic and confident.
