Ensure contractual obligations to customer base are met ensuring consistently high standards of workmanship are delivered. 10. Ensure the customers hygiene needs are met by pest control/ Hygiene technicians by recommending appropriate solutions 11. Supporting technicians through training, coaching and field accompaniment 13. Oversee the resourcing, deployment and development of technician 14. Ensure the teams are complying with the latest Health & Safety, Environmental and Pesticide usage regulations 15. Ensure 100% Service Docket submission before end the month 16. Preparing Overall staffs weekly petrol conveniences 17. Monitoring service activity in Site base and Route base 18. Ensure 98% Revocation of monthly churn. 19. Ensure 99.5% Retentions in High Value Customers 20. Ensure All stock update from team.
