Assistant Manager - Operations

We are currently hiring for the "Operations Manager" role.

Industry - FMCG Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end administrative and operational activities
• Act as a communication bridge between the MD and employees (from support staff to senior managers)
• Handle billing coordination, salary calculations, labour payments, and office expense management
• Manage recruitment coordination, onboarding support, and staff documentation
• Ensure smooth internal communication and resolve day-to-day staff issues professionally
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for seamless workflow
• Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility requirements
• Visit other company units within the city once or twice a week as required
• Support compliance, reporting, and operational discipline across locations

Required Experience & Skills:

• 4–5 years of experience in Administration / Operations / Office Management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; calm, soft-spoken, and approachable personality
• Strong people-handling ability across all hierarchy levels
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and ownership
• Good command over MS Excel and basic accounting/HR coordination
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work closely with senior leadership

Location: Mithakhali, Ahmedabad
Working Model: Office-based (with local travel as required)
Salary: Up to 45,000 PM depends on current salary
