Job Scope:

To manage and oversee physical operations, ensuring that the team delivers results in line with customer-agreed SLAs andin accordance withcustomer procedures and defined standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Skills and Competencies:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a B2B Warehouse Operations
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management (SCM) / Logistics.
• Strong communicationskills (English and local language).
• Leadership and people management skills.

• Knowledge of PAN India transportation.

• Good documentation skills (screening, archiving, and retrieval).

• Customer orientation and commitment to excellence.

• Planning and organizing skills.

• Decision-making abilities.
