Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Export Documentation:

· Prepare and manage all export-related documents including Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, and Technical Write-Ups etc.

· Maintain accurate and organized documentation records as per audit and compliance requirements.

· Ensuring all documents uploaded on Cargo-X platform or DRIP site through the team.

· Tracking shipments time to time till final ETA at Buyers’ Port of Destination (POD)

Vendor, Customs & Stakeholders Liaisoning:

· Ensure timely filing of necessary documentation to avoid demurrage.

· Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA (Custom House Agents), and vendors for timely movement of goods and paperwork.

· Work with finance, accounts, and other departments for necessary approvals and payments.

Audit and Reporting:

· Assist in internal and statutory audits related to exports and documentation.

· Maintain records for all exports with corresponding regulatory paperwork.

· Update stakeholders regularly on shipment and clearance status.

· Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations.

· Supervise daily logistics activities and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

· Manage relationships with transporters, warehouse operators, and other third-party service providers

· Optimize logistics workflows to reduce cost and improve service levels.

· Monitor stock levels, track shipments, and coordinate with the stakeholders

· Analyze logistics performance data and prepare reports for management

· Ensure proper documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, and inventory records

· Support implementation of ERP or logistics software solutions

· Handle logistics-related issues and provide timely resolutions

Preferred candidate profile

· Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, or relevant field (MBA preferred)

· 3-5 years of experience in export documentation and compliance, preferably in FMCG or Rice sector

· Certification in Export-Import Management is an added advantage

· Strong knowledge of customs processes and export regulations

· Attention to detail and accuracy in document handling

· Excellent coordination and communication skills

· Ability to work under deadlines and handle pressure

· Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
