Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design packaging materials such as jute bags, woven and non-woven bags , pouches, and boxes for rice products. Create brand identity designs including logos, brand manuals, and brand collateral. Develop visual campaigns and advertisements for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Design promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and product catalogs. Work closely with the marketing and export team to align designs with brand strategy. Assist in new brand launches , packaging redesigns , and market-specific adaptations . Ensure consistency in design language across all platforms and mediums. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in graphic design. Requirements: Proven experience (3–4 years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably in FMCG/packaging/export sectors . Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in packaging design , branding , and advertising . Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, InDesign , etc. Creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
