We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who lives and breathes brand storytelling. In this client-facing, high-impact role, you'll lead the creative journey from concept to completion-shaping visual identities, building brand toolkits, and crafting engaging designs across digital and print platforms. You'll be part of a leading global real estate and property management organization, creating distinctive brand experiences for multi-family and residential communities across the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop full-scale brand identities, from ideation and logo design to typography, color palettes, and texture systems.

• Design campaigns, marketing collateral, and promotional assets across digital and print channels.

• Lead client discovery sessions and creative presentations, translating feedback into impactful design direction.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-output environment that values innovation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, or related creative roles.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma experience is a plus.

• Strong communication and client-facing presentation skills.

• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to deliver under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

• Experience with web design and working in a Mac environment.
