Investment Accountant

As an Investment Accountant at iO Associates, you will be part of the Joint Venture Finance Team in India, contributing to the investment accounting for UK property portfolios. Your role will involve collaborating with European finance teams, service providers, and auditors in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare reporting packs (month/quarter/year-end) for holding & Propco entities. - Manage quarterly consolidations across residential property portfolios. - Support investor reporting audited financial statements, and audit requirements. - Calculate management fees, review VAT returns, and assist with tax computations. Qualifications Required: - Qualified Chartered accountant with 5+ years" experience. - Background in real estate finance, ideally with offshore structures. - Strong knowledge of GAAPs, IFRS, and audit. - Proficient in accounting software (Yardi a plus) and MS Office. - Excellent Stakeholder Management skills.
